Architect / Engineer PCA01 (PCA experience a must)

K-Plus is seeking qualified Architects and Engineers to assess the condition of buildings and prepare property condition assessments and the associated due diligence reports for commercial real estate transactions, following ASTM standards. Knowledge of Environmental Site Assessments and experience is a plus. These assessments are performed nationwide and candidates may have the opportunity to work from a home office. Up to 50% travel, mostly day trips, with occasional overnights are required.

Requirements: Candidates must have minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Geology or other relevant engineering field * 2-5 years demonstrated professional experience with building design, materials, structure and construction and familiar with a variety of commercial building types.
• Must have excellent technical report writing skills, familiarity with ASTM standards is a key.
• A professional registration or certification is highly desirable.
• Must be self-motivated , well organized and have excellent time management skills.
